It amazes me as I continue to see transformations occur in my practice members' lives right before my eyes. It is an honor to be able to serve you and your family and walk alongside you on your journey of health.

I am a Southern California native and cannot imagine living anywhere else! I decided to become a chiropractor when I was in college at UC San Diego. I had an earache that lasted for a few weeks and thought I had an ear infection. I first went to the student health center and then to my medical doctor and realized that they had nothing to offer except medication and hope that it would go away. I decided to go to a chiropractor and after one adjustment, my earache went away immediately. Not only did I get relief, I found a new perspective on health through the amazing power of a chiropractic adjustment.

After I graduated from college, I worked in a dermatology research lab at the VA Medical Center in San Diego for a few years. Thereafter, I moved home to the San Gabriel Valley to attend Southern California University of Health Sciences where I got my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Since then, I have been helping people feel, function and live better. I offer a variety of techniques including Koren Specific Technique, Diversified manual adjusting, Kinesio® Taping and Graston Technique. I am also certified in the Webster Technique which is an analysis and adjustment for expectant mothers to increase their likelihood of having a positive prenatal and natural birth experience. I am a proud member of several professional associations including the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and I especially enjoy adjusting infants and children.

My husband, Jeffrey, and I live in Whittier where we enjoy do-it-yourself house projects and playing with our animals. You may find our six-year-old shepherd mix, Kiki, or our 23-year-old desert tortoise, Shelly, visiting the office on occasion.
